Consultation on Fees Payable to Health Care Professionals: Submission by ICGP

The Irish College of General Practitioners welcomes the opportunity to contribute to the consultation on fees payable to health care professionals. The ICGP recognises that we are going through a challenging and stringent economic climate at present and that in line with all sections of society there must be some impact on General Practitioners. The ICGP is committed to supporting General Practitioners in providing a quality service for patients. It is vital that funding is provided to enable this service to be maintained and nurtured in the current economic climate.
