College Policy on AGM Promotional Literature from Outside Organisations

Any organisations which wishes to distribute information/literature at the AGM should apply to the College Executive by 28 February each year in order to have the proposed material considered and approved/rejected.

Applications for a Stand in the Sponsors Exhibition from organisations other than traditional sponsors e.g. Pharmaceutical Industry/Medical - Office Equipment/Finance etc., will also be required to submit promotional material for review before acceding to request.
