Circulation of Materials on Behalf of Third Parties

It is College policy, in line with data protection rules, that access to the membership database is not provided to third parties.

Furthermore, the ICGP does not facilitate the circulation of materials on behalf of third party/external organisations with the exception of relevant and general practice related material on behalf of statutory bodies i.e. Department of Health and Children, Health Services Executive, Irish Medical Council and Irish Medicines Board.

Statutory bodies seeking to request the circulation information to College members, must make requests formally, in writing and addressed to the Chief Executive or the Chairman of the Communications Committee.
