National Trainers Workshop 2010

The National Trainers Workshop 2010 will take place in the Tullamore Court Hotel on the 25th and 26th February 2010. A varied programme has been organised with something of interest to everyone. The programme is available to download below but highlights include the following:

• Dr Gerry Wheeler and Dr Mary Sheehan will facilitate a workshop on empowering the GP registrar to recognise and respond to medicalisation of normality.
• Dr Ailis Ni Riain will facilitate a workshop on challenging patients and GP registrars.
• Dr Austin O'Carroll and Dr Ming Rawat will facilitate a workshop on professionalism and whether or not it can be taught.
• A workshop will also be devoted to the Core Curriculum and making it work for you.
