Winter Meeting 2008

The 25th Annual Winter Meeting was held on Saturday 22nd November in IMI. The highlights included an excellent presentation by Dr. Deirdre Madden, Chair of the Commission Safety who gave succinct summary of the Commission report 'Building a Culture of Patient Safety'. Dr. Margaret O'Riordan presented her published paper 'The Heartlift Patient' which reflected on 'What brings GPs joy in their work'.
