Adding to the publications from the ICGP Women's Health Programme, Dr Nazih Eldin from HSE Health Promotion launched "Domestic Violence - A Guide for General Practice". This resource is the result of collaboration between the ICGP, the HSE and the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform. The summary desk sheet will be widely disseminated to GPs and practice nurses shortly. Dr Naoimh Kenny, one of the authors, is also developing a suite of educational material to support the guide and this will be made available to GP and nurse trainers in the autumn.
