| Objectives / Methodology |
The study addresses performance assessment in general practice training. The purpose will be to develop and test a performance assessment instrument using an exploratory sequential design. The first phase of the study will involve a qualitative exploration of trainers’ views on performance dimensions in general practice training.
Data will be collected from participating trainers at the South East general practice training scheme. This information will be used to develop a performance assessment instrument. |
