As an active member of the Forum of Postgraduate Medical Training Bodies (FPGTB), the ICGP is working in collaboration with our partners to develop a broad set of global health competencies that all doctors in Ireland need in daily practice.
A subcommittee for the integration of Global Health education into postgraduate training in Ireland is now working towards the development of e-learning tools that can be applicable across all postgraduate training in Ireland. We would also look to use these as CPD tools for use by doctors in non-training posts and established GPs.
