Q. I have an IT question that I know was answered in a past issue of Forum. Is there somewhere I can search for the question and answer?

A. Go to www.gpit.ie/faq where all of the questions and answers are available to search. Enter a key word in the search box and away you go. As I write this issue there are 177 questions and answers available on everything from what software package to buy, to online backup and coding.
