Doodle provides you with a link to send out to the potential attendees. The attendees follow the link back to the meeting poll on Doodle and indicate when they can participate. When most or all attendees have responded you can view the best choice and select this as the final scheduled date and time. It saves lots of emails back and forth and makes the painful process of meeting setting a whole lot easier.
