Description

This project was a consequence of the HSE and the ICGP working together in partnership to achieve a common goal - to change the way primary care services are provided so that they meet the needs of young people and address the barriers. This project demonstrates the benefits of working in partnership and how directorates within the HSE, in this case Primary, Community and Continuing Care (PCCC) and Population Health can work together on a common agenda. The findings from this report will add to the ongoing building of a comprehensive picture of sexual health in Ireland.
