CARE (Community Alcohol Response and Engagement) Pilot Project - a cross task force and multi-agency initiative and involving 3 task force areas: Ballymun, Finglas and North Dublin in partnership with the HSE Addiction Services and local community drug/alcohol based services.The evaluation report of the CARE alcohol treatment pilot project was launched on 27 October 2015 by Aodhan O'Riordan TD, Minister of State for Equality, New Communities, and Culture and Drugs Strategy.
