Description

This amending and repealing Directives 67/548/EEC and 1999/45/EC, and amending Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006. As of 31st of December 2008 the new ‘CLP’ Regulation introducing the United Nations Globally Harmonized System of classification and labelling of chemicals (GHS) into Europe has been published as an official journal of the European Union. This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication. Titles II, III and IV shall apply in respect of substances from 1 December 2010 and in respect of mixtures from 1 June 2015.
