Description

The report of the College's Alcohol Aware Practice Service Initiative in nine GP practices has shown positive benefits from interventions used to treat patients with alcohol problems. A total of 4,584 patients were screened in the project which covered practices in the year-long HSE Dublin Mid-Leinster and HSE North East regions.
