The secondary objective is to identify the influence of the healthcare system on patients' depiction of their general practitioner/family physician, noting the various health care systems in operation in the participating countries.

GP surgeries ÿ¢ÿ¿ÿ¿ 5-10 GPs will be asked to participate in the study and to permit recruitment of their patients.
Patients who have attended the GP in the past six months and are known to the practice for at least six months will be asked to participate in qualitative interviews.
