ICGP Mentoring Programme

The ICGP Mentoring Programme's core purpose is to create a constructive and supportive learning environment for ICGP mentee participants. The programme aims to create the conditions in which mentees can think through challenges and opportunities clearly; and, be supported in their thinking, decision making and progress by the insights, experience and guidance of trained ICGP mentors. Mentees are assigned to mentors following a careful matching process. The Programme has been designed to meet best practice professional standards and acknowledges the value of focused peer support, sharing professional experience and expertise.

For more information on this programme, please read the Guide to the ICGP Mentoring Pilot Programme.
