What is my ICGP PCS ePortfolio?

Your ePortfolio facilitates you in recording your CPD activity to meet your annual PCS requirements. Activity you record to your ePortfolio is used to populate your annual Statement of Participation, a key document demonstrating engagement with PCS.

What can I do on my ePortfolio?

  • Record your CPD activity and audit
  • Map your recorded activity against your requirements
  • View or amend recorded activity
  • Upload evidence to support your recorded activity
  • Access your Statement of Participation
  • Access your PCS receipts

Can I access my ePortfolio on my mobile?

Yes, there is a mobile version of the ePortfolio available. To access this, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login to www.icgp.ie/pcs on your mobile or smart device
  2. Select 'Access ePortfolio'
  3. To change from the desktop view to the mobile view, click on the 'Mobile Version' option at the bottom of your dashboard.

How do I use my ePortfolio?

Below are some of key user functions on the ePortfolio:

  • Dashboard: provides you with an overview of your recorded activity mapped against your annual requirements
  • Add an item: allows you to enter details of your PCS activity
  • Add clinical/practice audit: you can enter details of your audit activity here
  • Full activity list: a summary of all your recorded activity. You can also amend or remove activity from your ePortfolio using this function.
  • Add CPDR Attendance Code:  you can use this function to add your CPDR Attendance code provided at events
