How do I attach documents to my ePortfolio?

To attach a document to your ePortfolio when recording an activity, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to and select 'Access ePortfolio'
  2. Click on 'Add an Item' on the menu to the left of the page
  3. Enter the relevant details in the mandatory fields (marked with a red asterisk)
  4. Click on 'Attach file' on the right
  5. Enter a name for your attachment
  6. Click on 'browse' and locate where you saved the file on your computer
  7. Click on 'Open' and then on 'Add Item' to save the changes

If you have already added an activity and would like to subsequently include an attachment, please do the following:

  1. Log in to and select 'Access ePortfolio'
  2. Click on 'Full Activity List' on the left side of the page
  3. Select the year you wish to view, scroll down to the entry you wish to edit and click on the green notepad and pen symbol to the left of the entry.
  4. Follow steps 4-7 as outlined above

To add an ICGP event to your ePortfolio, please use the CPDR Code. This 4 digit code will enter the activity, the credits and your personalised certificate of attendance directly to your ePortfolio. For information on how to enter your CPDR Code, please click here.
