Members of the College can update their practice details online via the following link: www.icgp.ie/go/my_icgp entering their ID and PIN. If you have forgotten your password, you will be able to obtain this by clicking on 'Forgotten PIN? on the same page or by contacting the College at info@icgp.ie or 01 6763705

Details you can amend online:

• Practice address details
• Telephone number
• Fax number
• Email address
• Personal interests
• Practice services
• Location using Google maps
• Practice opening hours
• Wheelchair accessibility

Alternatively, you can use the Find a GP form, available to download below, and send by post or fax to the ICGP.
