No. To assist CPD applicants, there is an option to include multiple dates and times on the one application form. You should select this in instances where the activity is exactly the same on each occasion.
This option is located on the first page of the form under 'Number of occasions of the activity. To complete your application form, please provide a date and venue for each occasion.
