A survey of the ICGP membership (excluding trainees, overseas members and retired members) was conducted in April 2008 to briefly assess experience with regard to manpower issues. A total of 1,353 replies were received (a response rate of 61.5%), 1,306 of which were received in sufficient time to include in this analysis.
