The HSE are providing a free online Stress Control Programme which is available from today, Monday 8th June.
It is aimed at HSE Staff and the public and GPs are welcome to join. This will be streamed live and participants may do as many as 6 modules, as they wish.
There is no requirement to register your name to join.
Feedback received from GPs who completed the course highlighted the benefits they experienced as GPs and also a benefit in their clinical care for patients.
The programme offers people the chance to learn useful skills that are proven to help.
