All practices should check the following before they generate reports in the Interim Tool:
Registration Forms
Please ensure that the consent section of the form is clicked "yes".
Continuing Care Forms
Please ensure that the "Is this information complete?" section is clicked "yes".
In both forms, can all the practices please ensure that all mandatory fields are completed especially fasting glucose in the 1st visit, as sometimes the Interim Tool will the allow the user to close the form without entering all the relevant information.
